Team Heat Track Club’s mission defines expectations both on the field and off. In the name of excellence, we aim for a level of athletic performance that will produce winning programs, achieve the goals to compete for team or individual championships which in turn will give our athletes the opportunity to participate in events, tournaments, and showcases around the country to compete in front of Division I, II, III, and NAIA colleges and universities. Our mission also requires that Heat’s athletes be students first; and in order to train with and compete for Heat, careful attention will be paid to every athlete’s academic progress and motivation for competing with HEAT so they may benefit fully from the opportunities that will be given to perform in front various colleges and universities to earn an athletic scholarship.
"Everybody can be great because everybody can serve."

Our young athletes are expected to give back to their community. Throughout the year, we may participate in community efforts to boost our athlete’s character in charity work. Heat Track Club is committed to providing youth programs that maintain the highest standards and guarantees a fun, positive experience for everyone involved.
Our staff is dedicated to working with your children to ensure that each child reaches their optimum level in performance in track and education.
Team Heat's Educational Focus
We encourage our athletes to succeed first in the classroom because we believe education is the key to becoming successful and productive citizens.
The Heat Track Club (HEAT) is a non-profit organization wholly dedicated to providing the youth of the Central Arkansas area with a supervised, fundamental learning experience. HEAT is committed to excellence in athletics.
The Heat Track Club is a youth track and field organization that practices and participates in year-round indoor and outdoor track meets. Indoor season begins October and ends in February. Outdoor season begins in April ends in August.
Our meet schedule is designed to test the athlete’s training progress throughout the year. Qualifying to participate in the Nationals is no small task.
We expect all athletes to attend practice. Missing practice means a missed opportunity to learn and improve. Practice will be held rain or shine. If there is inclement or hazardous weather practice may be cancelled.
Coaches have a range of experience and training in the event specialties. This diverse mix of knowledge provides a great learning opportunity for your child.
HEALTH AND NUTRITION
